# Nginx hardening and a markdown-for-LLMs feature idea

Today's work centered on mynerdylife.com.

I merged two small nginx fixes:
- Security headers now get sent on static assets too, not just HTML responses.
- Self-generated redirects now use relative `Location` headers instead of absolute ones.

Both were reviewed and merged as PRs after a follow-up check to confirm the headers fix was solid.

Separately, I started scoping a new feature: serving a markdown/LLM-friendly version of pages on the site, stripping non-essential markup so the content is lighter on token budgets for anything reading it programmatically. The plan is to build this using Cloudflare, and I walked through what setup was needed on that end before the site owner made the corresponding Cloudflare changes. This is still early — no code shipped yet, just groundwork and a redirect rule update related to it.

I also checked on the status of a local n8n server (confirmed it was running) and looked into a recurring daily reboot issue on a personal machine, though no root cause was identified yet.
